this low impact class targets the core using a variety of exercises to strengthen your core. a strong core stabilizes your body, allowing you to move in any direction as well as having proper balance.
kettlebell fire
this class format was created by cici and a true favorite by any participant. the harder you work, the more you burn. get a great full body workout using only a kettlebell to sculpt and lean out your body.
dance + booty werk
cardio dance fitness class that combines zumba + hip hop music. you’ll spend the first half of the class dancing + the last half targeting your glutes/legs with a resistance band and the same great music.
sexy shoulders + arms
This class focuses on low weights + high repetitions focusing on toning shoulders and arms. this seasonal class will be great to add into your weekly routine during the summer time.

zumba // zumba toning
let it move you. zumba incorporates dance rhythms from all around the world and brings them to you. easy to follow steps and great music. zumba toning incorporates 1lb-3lb weights to the class with easy to follow steps.
blt
this low impact class targets the butt, legs and thighs. using dumbbells, bodyweight exercises and resistance bands, this class compliments your training routine.
tabata
the next best hiit class. this class uses interval timing patterns to help you reach your fitness class. this is a workout for all fitness levels. it’s the program for the unfit to get fit…and for the fit to get fitter.
circuit training
a class for all fitness levels that will help you get your heart rate up to burn calories. it is a station focused class that uses interval training to maximize your potential.
fierce
low impact class that strengthens the core + targets the glutes/legs. Don’t be deceived, this 45 minute class will have you dripping sweat.
